We would like to invite you or your team to be part of our 2nd Annual Community Health & Wellness Day on April 27, 2024, from 12pm to 4pm. The event will be hosted at the Northwest Community Campus (1300 W 300 N) between the Northwest Community Center and the Northwest Recreation Center buildings in the Fairpark neighborhood. During the event we will be hosting multiple community partners to provide health-focused outreach to community members in Salt Lake City’s Westside neighborhoods. Our theme for the event is “be an active participant in your health” and we would like the community to engage and walk away with skills or tools to implement changes in their health.
