Details

Visit our tables highlighting different strategies for 2023 and pick up your food at the different food stations scattered through the east hallway. Collect a sticker from each table and you'll earn a chance for a drawing during the party.

Lunch/Tabling 12:30 pm (East hallway)
Party 1:30 - 3:00 pm (Multipurpose Room and Peace Garden)
Have a blast choosing for our dessert table, coffee/hot cocoa bar and sodas with choice of flavoring.
Join the photo booth and dance to the sound of the June Brothers.
Want to learn a little more about the mural in the Peace Garden, one of the artists will talk about the piece at 2:00 pm.
Drawing for filled out strategy cards will be at 2:30 pm.

Food Provided (Food stations featuring Herb Roasted Veggie Platter with Red Pepper aioli dip/pita wedges, Chicken or Veggie Skewers, Sweet and Sour Meatballs and Veggieballs, Small Roll Sandwiches, Mini chicken salad and veggie croissant sandwiches. Are you hungry yet!)
