Mission
The SOTA is intended to be a positive learning experience regarding the Occupational
Therapy profession for all members involved emphasizing teamwork, diligence, and dedication,
as well as collaboration with area professionals. Together, we seek to transcend graduate
program application expectations in promoting volunteer opportunities, creating networking
activities and cultivating leadership in undergraduate student members. The SOTA is a whole
unit, not just individual members, bound in a commitment to the personal and professional
development of present and future SLCC graduates in pursuit of an Occupational Therapy career."
