UWHEN invites you to join our annual President's Luncheon!
We are thrilled to have President Peterson continue to support this popular event.

Effective Communication During Times of Change – The Right Message, The Right People, The Why for Better Understanding
This presentation will explore the crucial role communication plays in navigating change. It highlights how poor communication breeds resistance and uncertainty, while clear, transparent messaging fosters trust and engagement. The session focuses on crafting the right message—one that is clear, consistent, and framed for understanding; identifying the right people—tailoring communication for leaders, employees, and customers; and emphasizing the why—helping individuals connect to change on a personal level. Through real-world examples and practical strategies, this presentation equips participants with tools to ensure their messages are effectively received, understood, and embraced.
