About Us

The purpose of the Division of Student Affairs is to enrich lives through innovative, inclusive, and caring approaches that remove access barriers to higher education and improve student learning and academic success, persistence and retention, and goal completion. With the College’s Strategic Plan serving as a guide for our work until 2023, which is also the College’s 75th anniversary – the Strategic Plan is underpinned by our institutional values. These values serve as the foundation of how we conduct our work, how we interact with each other and our students, and how we foster a positive, healthy, and respectful workplace culture and sense of community.
