The Salt Lake Community College Staff Senate serves as the influential voice for staff, dedicated to promoting a harmonious and collaborative campus community. We work through shared governance to advance the professional status, growth, and development of staff, striving to improve working conditions, benefits, and salaries. Our mission is to foster open communication, understanding, and cooperation among staff, faculty, administrators, and students, providing essential recommendations and insights to college leadership on policies concerning the needs of all SLCC employees.
